On Monday, July 26, 2021, Luis and his helper started on the framework for the first floor walls.
By Tuesday morning, July 27, 2021, my husband walked up to our home and his garage gym from side street parking to the top photo at 9:15am.
The middle photo was taken at 10:30am; we almost have the framework for all the walls of the of the new first floor family room addition! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The final photo was taken Tuesday July 27, 2021 at 4:45pm showing enclosed walls! I’m getting super excited over here!
On Wednesday July 28, 2021, Luis repaired some issues with the existing home’s framework, so that the new framework could be tied to the original framework. Headers were also placed in preparation for a second floor! I can’t wait! 🤗
